(More customer reviews)My dad gave one to my husband for his birthday in March 2011 and we can't get it to work. The two owner's manuals it comes with don't give instructions on how to use it, just where to place the pads. It should be pretty self-explanatory even without instructions. It turns on but does not respond to the intensity button. The cover also pops up, as if it is held together with double-sided sticky tape. Great product idea but poorly made. Wait to buy until they've made some improvements. (My dad bought one for himself as well. It doesn't work either.)
