(More customer reviews)I had a lingering lower back, sacro area pain for about 3 months and nothing seemed to be working to heal it. I had both an xray and MRI and the doc said since there was no evidence of a disc or pinched nerve or any kind of tumor; I must have just pulled something. He recommended physical therapy, massage and stretching exercises. When I ordered this item, I would have tried pretty much anything.
However I was shocked that after using the Sacro Wedgy once I felt a major improvement and then after about a week - the pain was gone! Clearly I had misaligned something and the Wedgy was able to get me back in alignment but the quick improvement was a shock to me.
Yes I recommend this - if nothing else has worked why not give this a try?
