(More customer reviews)By all means, this does not replace an actual massage, nor does it even compare to the higher priced leather reclining massage chairs. That being said, for a quick rub down, possibly after working out, this works, and better than most other similar products. The heat is a bonus and kneading roller far exceed that of simple vibrations. Best for mid back, okay for lower, and barely a touch above the shoulder blades.
