(More customer reviews)After working in front of a computer for 5 years, the strain on my shoulders and neck gave me constant pain and persistent knots. This is the only thing that helps me get at those knots. It's especially good for getting at the ones under the shoulder blades that cause pain all the way up the neck. I have one Lomi Stick at home, one at work, and have bought them as gifts for family members.
If you're having problems with knots, I also recommend seeing a massage therapist who specializes in shiatsu (sports massage). They really know how to find and break up those tough knots, and if you pay attention you can learn some techniques to help you make good use of your Lomi Stick.
