She loves it because she can use it at home when watching TV or at work to help in relaxing tight muscles from sitting all day the desk. The heat can be warmer, but unlike other massagers, it's quiet and very powerful to get that deep tissue massage. With all the different heat, speed, and program settings, you can easily set it to your liking. If you are looking for a true strong shiatsu massager, this is it.
