I purchased it recently, however we have one at work in our breakroom that is constantly in use 24 hours a day and it has held up with no problem, so I felt comfortable that it would hold up well. This chair is amazing. The best features for me are the leg massage, and the upper back and neck massage are amazing. There is not a ton of lower back massage so some people may want more in that area, but most of my discomfort/stress are in my neck and upper back so it works great for me. I have tried a lot of massage chairs but most of them are over $6000, so I think this is a great chair for its price and would highly recommend it.
