(More customer reviews)I have had very bad neck and shoulder pain as a result of sitting in front of computers every day for a long time and I have been looking for a massager that can provide deep tissue massage for the triggered areas. This unit goes deep and provides a very effective massage on top of my shoulders, which is very hard to reach by other shiatsu massagers I used in the past. I feel great after using it. I love the feature that lets me adjust the positions and applied pressure of its kneading "fingers". It is very quiet and the included memory foam pillow is very comfortable. Highly Recommend!
