(More customer reviews)Quick background - I am suffering from disk/nerve problems in my neck, which radiates pain down my shoulder, arm and back. When this acts up, I can go for weeks with little to no sleep due to the pain.
Using this massager for about 5 minutes over my shoulder and upper back seems to relax and unknot my muscles (or the nerve - I'm not medically trained, but I believe the nerve causes the muscles to knot up) and within 45 minutes to an hour I'm ready to get several hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Being able to do this when I want, where ever I go, and not pay $40/visit to the chiropractor certainly justifies the price.
