(More customer reviews)I have abdominal adhesions after surgery which cause pain when I move certain ways. Surgery to remove them usually only creates more. By using this massager for 10 minutes every other day to break up the adhesions, the pain is nearly gone. The choice of heads and being able to control the speed of the percussion is just an added bonus.
