(More customer reviews)The Dr. Scholls Shiatsu Massager is a simple unit the has some roller balls that go straight up an down your back. If you're expecting something like Homedics Shiatsu massagers, you will be disappointed. There is no kneeding action at all. The only good thing about it is that it has more travel than the Homedics units. This is an ok unit it you get it around $35-40, but I wouldn't pay any more for it.
