(More customer reviews)I bought this product as a little pampering gift for myself. I sometimes have shoulder and back pain due to the stress I encounter at work every day. On those extra stressful days I can come home & use my massage cushion which has a heat setting that helps relax my muscles. The vibrating feel of the cushion can also be set to different levels. I sometimes use the high setting for my lower back and the lower setting for my shoulders. It really makes a difference in how my body feels afterwards. This is not like a kneading cushion but it does stimulate the muscles with heat and pressure to help them relax into their natural state. I would recommend this product to anyone who has stiffness or tightness in their lower back or shoulders.
