(More customer reviews)I did my research and I wanted the Be cool mini ismart massager. On the page it self is says be careful for fake ones. The company who sent the items changes from name 3 times from the first page till the pay page. I contact Amazon about this because it gave me a strange feeling. That feeling was correct when I received the two massagers. They were not the Be Cool but Elking brand. I contacted Amazon and after some time they said that I could sent them back. The problem is that the item had to be shipped international. So the extra cost for shipping and time involved didn't make sense to sent it back.
Still feel betrayed that Amazon let them self be used to ship fake ones while stating it are the real ones.
WATCH OUT, I guess you want to original ones too.
No excuses or what so ever from Amazon which was also disappointing. Will never buy from this company but I have to say that my overall feeling about Amazon also got a big dent.
The massager is working but it is a cheaper brother from the real one. Be warned.
