(More customer reviews)I actually enjoy the smell of lavender. The upper body wrap and spine pack can fit in a microwave oven (I warm them for 2 mins, ovens do vary though). When used properly, they are very relaxing and comfortable. The only negative is that it doesn't last for very long, but it does make you comfortable and you have your own mini-spa.
