(More customer reviews)I use it for my neck and back only (haven't tried with my face because I don't have acne on my face), and like some others have said, this works, brilliantly. I have been using for about 2 weeks, twice a day, and I began to see changes starting the second week. The area gets red for a while - because I bathe with warm water I think - and then after 30 mins to 1 hour, when the heat dissipated I can see clearly that the red parts went away and the old dark spots left by acne disappear gradually over days. It makes my skin irritable for a while though, but I can stand it.
Would recommend it to anyone having back acne.
