(More customer reviews)I really like this heating pad! It is everything I wanted for the price and I am very satisfied. I think it gets hot enough and has really helped my back. I like how soft and flexible it is, and the velcro strap helps hold it nice and tight against your back for the best heat. I don't have many problems with my neck although I did use it there one time. It is harder to get around your neck because of the size, but it still felt good the way I had it. Some people complain about the 2 hour shut off, which I don't understand. My husband is forgetfull and doesn't turn them off, which is a fire hazard. I like that it turns itself off, and even if I am still using it, it is not a big deal to turn it back on and it heats up very quickly. We may buy another one as we fight over this one at night!!
