(More customer reviews)I have had hip and back problems for 5 years and at times could not sit in any position. After years of massage therapy I have discovered the best therapy is massaging my glutes and pinky balls work great! I just sit on one and roll it around until I hit the swollen muscle balled up in my butt cheek, then as I roll it around the tightened muscle will release and my pain is gone. Although this is temperary it works great so every time it starts getting tight I get out my pinky balls and sit on them!
