I purchased this item as I had wonderful results with laser hair removal and thought this would save money. The item does not work as described. The directions are confusing and I contacted the company, which must be done via email. I did receive a return call the following day. I told them the problems I was having and Cindy gave me some things to try and should work well, especially since I had excellent results previously. She did say the company wanted me to be very happy and offered to sell me an item that would have a larger beam for an additional $900. I followed her suggestions because I didn't have an additional $900, especially when this product is not working. But he one hair at a time removal is tedious and time consuming and has no results expect small burn marks on my skin. They provide you with a dye to use which turns the skin either blue or black and does not wash off easily. So do not use it on your face!!! I began contacting the company via email and phone call on 2/23 to return the item and after many attempts I cannot get a response from them. It seems once I mentioned I wanted to return it I can no longer get any help.
After filing a claim through Amazon the company contacted me and offered a new product. They arranged for FedEx to pick up this item. The inital email stated they would send the replacement upon notification of orginal item being picked up by FedEx. I comfirmed delivery via FedEx on 3/17. After no notification of the new machine I contacted the company and got no response. Upon the THIRD email I was told that my replacement was on back order but I was being moved to the top of the list and my item would be sent 3/18 or at the very latest 3/21. As of today 3/27, I have received no notification of the new item being sent, my emails inquiring when/if the item was sent have not been returned.
The company now not only has my money for this item but the machine itself and is not following through with their offer to replace the item or reponsding to my inquiries as to when my replacement item will be sent.
