(More customer reviews)This brace pulls my shoulders back. It gently compresses my lower back which relieves strain and reminds me to keep my back straight. You can still bend against the brace, so if you want something really stiff, this is not it. Underworks provides great customer service. I ordered the wrong size, so I emailed and phoned Underworks directly (per Amazon's instructions). Underworks answered right away, changed the item size on the spot, and then processed the order, all without me having to cancel and resubmit order through Amazon.
