(More customer reviews)Before purchasing this very large u-shaped pillow, I had seen it advertised as being helpful to people with conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, and pregnancy. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, and I often have extreme difficulty getting comfortable at night. I already had a small u-shaped pillow and had often wished it was longer. Well, I was right! This longer pillow helps a lot with my fibromyalgis. The part at the head is a little over-stuffed for me, but I guess it has to be that way in order for the rest of it to be the comfortagle fit that it is.
