(More customer reviews)These are built so that you have to press the snap very hard on the inside to get them to activate, which is good because it would be extremely difficult for you to activate them accidentally. They are very warm, and seem very safe. I was concerned about having to boil them to reactivate them, but found this to be very easy. Over all, I found them to be a very good purchase.
