(More customer reviews)I bought this girdle to use after I deliver in a couple weeks. I have used shapewear in the past and have loved the way they made my body look in clothes. My problem areas are my thighs and my waist, so usually I get a firm compression girdle with shorts. This time I bought the Vedette Girdle V107 because I wanted to focus the strong compression on my waist since I will be wearing it after delivery. Wearing a strong compression girdle after delivery helps shrink the uterus faster. I received the girdle brand new, in its original packaging. It obviously doesn't fit now, but I'm sure it will fit a few days after delivery. Make sure to get the right size, again its strong compression, buying a size down might be too tight and have too strong a hold, cutting off circulation or breathing. I am 5'3, 230lbs (pre-grego: 185lbs) so I got an XXL..if I was at my normal weight, I would have got an XL.I gave the girdle 4 stars because I haven't wore it yet, so I cannot comment on comfort.
