(More customer reviews)The start up of the product by clicking the metal button is easy and it heats up real fast. however the heat does not last a whole hour like they claim. Once you use the pack; the only way to reuse it is to put it in a pot of boiling water for like 7-10 minutes. This is time consuming and the fact that these are made of plastic, i can't just leave it in the pot by itself, lest the plastic stick to the edges of the pot and melt! So I have to be present the whole time i let it reset; which is a pain. I would prefer a microwavable heat wrap for most days.
Biggest Cons:
Can't take it on the plane during the travel because it is a gel. Can't reuse it until I have a pot of boiling water and spend 7- 10 minutes soaking it. Finding a microwave to heat a pad is easier than finding a pot of boiling water...
