(More customer reviews)The sizing on this NEEDS to be shown on Amazon's website! The binder is okay--it is pretty breathable, but it's also pretty big. I am 6'3", 200 #s, 42-43L, 38W, and it's big on me. Must be an XL and what I really needed was an L.
