(More customer reviews)I was hoping to relieve some tension and sore spots but the plug is not recessed and can be felt. Also it would have been nice to have some simple instructions without purchasing the whole book. I got the 2 balls with a pump in a plastic bag, probably could have found similar at the dollar store.
