Works a lot better than traction for relieving neck pain. In using this product daily for 20 minutes, within a week and for the following month I have had NO HEADACHES! Be sure to place it far enough below the skull so it will be flat on the floor and head drops down and just barely touches the floor. Otherwise the weight of the head or the shouders will cause it to flatten out a bit. I purchased my own after borrowing the one from my doctor's office. Highly recommend it!
