(More customer reviews)The Body Back Buddy is exactly what I needed for the neck and shoulder pain I have been having. I am able to apply great force to the knots and kinks to "break up" the muscle spasms that have been pulling my cervical vertebrae out of alignment. The pamphlet that comes with it is vague, but does show other ways (places) to use it, depending upon where it hurts. This did more for me than the six weeks of expensive physical therapy I had, which I no longer need. I recommend this to anyone needing deep, forceful massage in hard to reach places.
