All I have been hearing from her is that this is by far the best present she has received. At first I was surprised when she mentioned how it helped her stiff neck and back loosen up and relax. So I decided to try it myself. My middle back has always been a pain the..., but it really worked. The massaging motors really hit the spot. It also has a remote with time setting which is just awesome. Set time and relax. I've seen how a few other comments say that it smells. It's the smell of something new. Perhaps they bought it used and unwashed. I have nothing bad to say about this product. Two thumbs up. Oh yeah and five stars.
