(More customer reviews)I put this in the microwave (do not exceed two minutes) every night, and take it to bed with me. It keeps me warm and helps my tight neck muscles relax.
I had a buckwheat pillow before. The buckwheat is quite a bit lighter weight, but it doesn't retain heat as well. This flax seed pillow also allows the stuffing to shift around quite a lot so it can go flat in the back of your neck and heavy at the ends of the "u" shape when you're sitting up. So if you want light weight, get the buckwheat. If you want good lasting heat, get this.
I do wish they'd used a darker colored cover.
